Our Award winning cake! This new innovation is baked using local beer and is in a league of its own!


Wheat flour(calcium carbonate, iron, nicotinamide, thiamine, sodium carbonate, calcium phosphate), sultanas(sultanas, cotton seed oil) Dorothy Goodbody Stout(14%), sugar, eggs, raisins(raisins, sunflower oil), salted butter, currants(currants, palm oil), mixed peel(orange, lemon, glucose sugar, potassium sorbate, citric acid, sulphur dioxide), mixed spice.

Our aim is to deliver all orders within three working days. During busy times some products might be temporarily out of stock, in which case we would let the customer know if there was going to be a delay in production, and ascertain whether or not an alternative product would be acceptable.

Cakes are made to order, and usually have a direct bearing on delivery times. More often than not orders are despatched for next day delivery by APC Couriers.
