Orders and Shipping
We currently ship our products on a 24hr timeframe. You can expect your order within 3 working days.
If you follow the steps within your shopping cart you will be taken through the process of setting up an account.
You can also checkout as a guest. No pressure to set up an account!
If you follow the process in the cart there is a tick box to change the shipping address.
Once your order is complete and we have dispatched the order we can give you a tracking code that can be used on the parcel companies website.
We do not store your credit card details.
VAT is charged on the Dipped Oatie range only. And is factored into the pricing
We can ship anywhere around the world. Drop us an email and we can give you a quote!
We will try our best to fit all your items in one package.
Of course it all depends on the volume you order.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
If an item is damaged or found to have been sent in error we will offer a refund.
Get in touch and we will arrange an exchange 🙂
Please take a picture of the outer box, the parcel label, the inside of each box.
Give us a call or drop us an email and we will arrange an exchange.
We will arrange collection. No need to send it back.

Please let us know as soon as possible and we can correct the order.
Should you do so before we dispatch we would be able to arrange the change at no cost.
If the item has been dispatched we would charge an admin fee to re-deliver the ietm.
As long as we haven’t dispatched the item you are welcome to cancel or change the order.
We welcome pre-order items for sold out products. Providing its sold out and not a discontinued line.
