Ginger Cookies (Hard)



It’s in the Oatie range, but this hard ginger biscuit has no oats! It is a recipe straight from a Yorkshire Farmhouse Kitchen. Ideal for dunking!


Sugar, wheat flour(calcium carbonate, iron, nicotinamide, thiamine, sodium carbonate, calcium phosphate) margarine: (vegetable oils:[palm, rape, palm oil fractions], water, salt), golden syrup, eggs, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, ground ginger(<1%).

For allergens see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of nut or peanut.
