Why Frank’s Luxury Biscuits?

Free delivery of online orders over £60 and free local collection.

We use only the finest natural ingredients, and no added preservatives or e-numbers!

Frank’s are still hand baked in Hereford, where our biscuits were first made.

We’ve teamed up with our friends at James Gourmet Coffee to create a hamper that brings together great coffee, exceptional tea and our handmade biscuits.

About James Gourmet Coffee
James Gourmet Coffee is a small family business based in the market town of Ross-on-Wye. Their team is small and focused on one thing: producing high-quality speciality coffee. They’re a lot like us. They look after their people, and more than half of their team have been with them for over a decade.

The coffee: Formula 6
Formula 6 is a speciality blend made from seasonal beans sourced from around the world. The components change through the year, so the flavour shifts slightly with the seasons. The balance of processing methods stays the same, and the roast is adjusted to bring out the best in each batch. For many coffee lovers it’s their everyday go-to, and it has the seal of approval from our GM, Daniel, who takes his coffee seriously.

The tea: Nilgiri All Day
Every cup of this tea supports a fairer way of doing things. Tea garden owners in southern India are usually paid very little for their crop. James Gourmet Coffee pays between 7 and 10 times the going rate for leaves that are hand-picked with care and often carried on foot to the tea studio. There the leaves are withered and oxidised into a black tea known as Black Pearl. The studio is an innovative, women-led workplace. From there the tea travels all the way to Ross-on-Wye and into your hamper.

The biscuits
To go with your brew, every hamper includes three treats from our bakery:

  • A box of our shortbread
  • A pack of mini bite biscuits
  • One of our artisan biscuits

Use the drop-down menus above to choose the flavour of each one, so you can make the hamper to suit whoever you’re sending it to.

The perfect gift
We deliver it for you, and you can add a personalised message label, so it makes a thoughtful gift for any occasion.

How to order: At checkout, use the order notes box to add your gift message and the date you’d like the hamper posted.
