Half-Dipped Raspberry & White Choc Oatie



A Raspberry and White Choc Chip Oatie, half dipped in White Choc, what a creation!

Mum’s original oat biscuit recipe, baked in our farmhouse kitchen, was a family favourite, and always baked on a Thursday. There were always several tins in the larder full of different biscuits and cakes regularly dipped into by the family and friends. The oatie biscuit became a favourite recipe that Frank used to bake for friends and family alike.


Ingredients: sugar, wheat flour(calcium carbonate, iron, nicotinamide, thiamine, sodium carbonate, calcium phosphate), margarine (vegetable oil (palm, rapeseed oil, palm oil fractions), water, salt), oats (17%), Belgian white choc chips (13%) (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), golden syrup, rapeseed oil, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, freeze dried raspberries(<1%), natural raspberry flavouring (<1%)

Our aim is to deliver all orders within three working days. During busy times some products might be temporarily out of stock, in which case we would let the customer know if there was going to be a delay in production, and ascertain whether or not an alternative product would be acceptable.

Cakes are made to order, and usually have a direct bearing on delivery times. More often than not orders are despatched for next day delivery by APC Couriers.
