Mum’s original oat biscuit recipe, baked in our farmhouse kitchen, was a family favourite, and always baked on a Thursday. There were always several tins in the larder full of different biscuits and cakes regularly dipped into by the family and friends. The oatie biscuit became a favourite recipe that Frank used to bake for friends and family alike.


Ingredients: wheat flour (calcium carbonate, iron, nicotinamide, thiamine), salted butter, sugar,cherries(6%)(cherries, glucose fructose syrup, citric acid, erythrosine, preservative: sulphur dioxide), angelica (2%) (glucose, fructose syrup, sugar, citric acid, colour: brilliant blue FCF, and quinolone yellow, (may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children) preservative: sulphur dioxide) .

Cakes are made to order, and usually have a direct bearing on delivery times. More often than not orders are despatched for next day delivery by APC Couriers.
