Biscuit of this week – An all-time favourite

A blast from my childhood, this biscuit was originally made using rendered pig fat, when we acquired the recipe from my auntie, we substituted that particular fat with lard, and some time later we changed the recipe again to use margarine. Whichever fat is/was used it remains one of my favourite biscuits of all-time.
