Shipping & Returns

Please note we can only dispatch to UK mainland addresses without prior conversation on postal charges to your country. The cost of shipping our goods is £6.50 for the first 20kg and thereafter 22p per kilogram. Wherever possible we will aim to despatch goods within two working days of the order being placed. We do not work weekends or public holidays.
For products over 30kg please contact us first by e-mail or telephone
We use a next day courier service so it should be made clear whether or not someone will be there to receive the goods, and if not we will expect you to leave details of where the goods are to be left.
If the goods are not satisfactory, please contact us immediately. DO NOT SEND THEM BACK WITHOUT FIRST MAKING CONTACT, otherwise we cannot guarantee a refund for the postage/packing cost you would incur.
